2014年に再始動を果たしたプログレッシヴ・ハードコア/メタル・バンド、DOOMが2016年に放つ16年振りのオリジナル・アルバム。再始動メンバーとして、ex.CASBAHの古平 (B/ Cho)を新たに迎え入れ、藤田タカシ (G/ Vo)、PAZZ (Ds)という鉄壁の布陣で制作。後期DOOMの特徴でもあったインダストリアル色は後退し、バンド・アンサンブルが際立つ仕上がりに。そういった意味合いでは『HUMAN NOISE』 (1991年)の正統的な後続作品ともいえる内容になっている。
